This role is 12-month fixed-term contract, suitable for someone seeking an entry-level opportunity to build a career within HR or Talent Acquisition.

**Responsibilities**
- Organising interviews and updating the interviewer availability calendar
- Administration of our Applicant Tracking System SmartRecruiters
- Creating offer letters and preparing employment contracts
- Creating job ads and tracking key hiring metrics
- Crafting recruitment-related posts to be shared on social media platforms
- Supporting broader HR projects
- Supporting with hosting Meetups and Recruitment events

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields is advantageous
- Previous experience performing administrative tasks is advantageous
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
