Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated recruitment professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in accordance with client requirements.

You will be responsible for:

  • Advertising job vacancies using various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Coordinating and conducting phone and face-to-face interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records and ensuring all documentation is compliant with industry standards.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process, including inductions, training, and credentialing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in recruitment or resourcing, preferably high-volume or agency side.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
