We are excited about our future and are looking for a motivated, hardworking Recruitment Coordinator to join us on our journey.

The person we are looking for will be trained on the job in our Newcastle office, learning all aspects of administration and recruitment coordination, working with our team who are highly motivated, results driven, successful and supportive.

**The Job Opportunity**
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Providing electronic database management support
- Managing your own job ads and collaborating with your team leader and consultant to fill current roles
- Providing assistance through employee mobilisations and ensuring process compliance
- Provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders

The role calls for someone who is warm and friendly, with strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Using your solid communication skills, you will be able to form working relationships and demonstrate the following qualities:

- Strong Customer Service
- Excellent computer literacy
- Time management skills
- Resilience and a can-do attitude
- Confidence working autonomously and as part of a team
- Proactive and highly motivated
