Support Recruitment Activities

As a dedicated and detail-oriented professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include assisting with sourcing and screening activities for our casual workforce, comprised of Disability and Youth workers.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment position or a related field such as Communities, Healthcare, or Recruitment.

  1. Source and screen potential candidates to fill open positions.
  2. Coordinate the delivery of in-house training sessions to support staff development.

  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
