**Role Description**:
As the Supervisor/manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both day and night shifts, organizing staff, and leading by example. We're seeking a dynamic individual who is outgoing, fun-loving, and dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team building and staff management.
- RSA and RCG certification (or willingness to obtain RCG before commencing the role).
