**Role Summary**:
As a Front of House staff member, you will be the welcoming face of our bakery, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and seamless experience. From greeting and serving customers to maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, you'll play a key role in creating a positive impression of our bakery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries.
- Provide menu recommendations and describe bakery items, including allergens and dietary options (e.g., vegan, gluten-free).
- Process customer orders efficiently using the POS system.
- Serve coffee, beverages, and bakery items with care and attention to presentation.
- Manage and restock displays to ensure products are showcased attractively.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following cash-out procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the total store area, including tables, counters, displays and Back of House area.
- Support Back of House team to prepare and stock up foods / bakery when needed
- Coordinate with the kitchen and baking team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
- Address customer feedback professionally and resolve minor complaints where necessary.
- Handle store closing process with cleaning up if required.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for food, baked goods, and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
