**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Head Waiter**:

- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to ensure impeccable service and a seamless dining experience.
- Coordinate and manage daily operations, including staff assignments and guest service protocols.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Train and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

**Sommelier**:

- Curate and manage our wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection that complements our menu.
- Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
- Conduct wine tastings and stay updated on industry trends and new releases.
- Manage wine inventory, including ordering and storage, to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Train and educate front-of-house staff on wine knowledge and service standards.

**Section Waiters**:

- Deliver exceptional service to guests, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any needs throughout the meal.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and proactive approach.
