**Position**: Front-of-House Staff

**Who we are**:
Oh Monk is a brand new **quick service, Modern Asian** restaurant opening in Sippy Downs late March 2025

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Serve food to customers promptly.
- Reset tables according to established procedures.
- Take customer orders at tables.
- Process payments at the counter.
- Clear tables after customer use.
- Manage reservations and take takeaway orders over the phone.
- Pack takeaway orders efficiently.
- Perform opening and closing duties as per the provided checklist.
- Serve simple drinks and wine to tables.

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of experience in a front-of-house role in a restaurant environment (excluding fast food settings).
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively during peak periods.
- Have an RSA
