**About The Role**:
I am seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join this well-established People & Culture team on a 12 month contract basis.
As the HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operations of the department. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with the facilitation of onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Drafting and issuing contracts, maintaining payroll/HR systems and employee records.
- Recruitment activities eg. advertisements, phone screens and interviews.
- Pre employment checks
- Respond to general enquiries and other ad hoc duties as required.
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous HR Administration/Coordination or strong Administration experience.
- Experience in a fast paced environment, ability to work under pressure.
- High communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is required
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Approachable, positive, motivated, and a go-getter attitude
