Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland and Wagga Wagga.We are continuing on our growth journey, with new clinics opening in late 2025 and early 2026.As a result, weare seeking a passionate and experienced Administration Team Leader to join the team at our new clinic in Clyde, opening in late 2025.
(Training for this role will commence ASAP for the successful candidate at our Narre Warren clinic).
You will join a friendly and professional team, and be instrumental in cultivating a positive team culture and ensuring the smooth workflow of our clinic, which enables us to deliver a high-quality service to our patients and referrers.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Chief Medical Imaging Technologist and Clinical Leads, in this hands-on role you will:Lead and participate in the smooth operation of the reception area and overall clinic workflowManage billing, banking, and Medicare related activitiesProvide ongoing training, development, and mentoring to team membersConvey business updates from management and oversee correct application of changesPlan and oversee workforce requirements in conjunction with practice management by ensuring appropriate rostering and leave planningUtilise leadership expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queriesIdentify opportunities to continuously improve and achieve maximum efficiencies to deliver patient excellenceWhat are we looking for?
