**About Customer Strategy and Experience**

Customer Strategy and Experience (CSE) is a part of the Customer Strategy and Technology division of Transport for NSW. It is responsible for building and executing Transport's strategic customer vision. The branch leads development of integrated customer solutions and products for the Transport cluster, supports the successful delivery and implementation of customer-facing projects and services, shapes policy to achieve business and government objectives, drives the cluster's revenue objectives and leads achievement of customer and community value outcomes.

**The opportunity**

Right now, we have a Fixed Term Full Time opportunity till September 2027 for a Program Manager to join the Park&Ride team within CSE, with the primary objective of this role to manage the delivery of the Park&Ride program, including ongoing operations and maintenance.

This will require planning, leading and managing complex, multiple-stream business driven projects to deliver business outcomes and continuously improve the product.

**What you will be involved in**:

- Lead the delivery of the Park&Ride program, identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required organisation and customer outcomes and leading the planning and delivery of large scale, highly integrated technology solutions.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of program development and implementation for the assigned projects, including preparing business cases, project plans, establishing appropriate governance, identifying, allocating and managing resources, and meeting reporting requirements, to ensure program outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and in line with the Agency project management methodology
- Collaborate across the organisation and wider industry to ensure that current best practice is identified, is funded, aligns to our strategic outcomes and forms part of our future pipeline
- Develop and implement operational management strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of systems, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, and project impact and quality measures, to identify and address issues and assess program progress and overall effectiveness

**About You**

In combination with your Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience, you are an experienced program manager of multiple streams of work and can bring to this role an understanding of both hardware and software i.e. (real-time data and equipment that talks to our software).

Your project and people management skills will also be well utilised, as you lead a small team and successfully manage multiple vendor and stakeholder relationships for projects that are at different stages of delivery.

You're able to operate at the strategic level as well as working tactically and getting into the detail to resolve complex issues and conflicting priorities.

Your strong written and verbal communications skills mean you can communicate at all levels of the organisation,

In summary, you will be capable of consulting and providing solutions focused advice into the technology design for full end to end design delivery projects withing the Park and Ride program.

As a result, any experience in delivery and/or operation of car parks and/or Transport smart card technology experience would be welcomed as well.
