We have a Fixed Term Full Time opportunity for a Program Manager to join the Park&Ride team. The primary objective of this role is to manage the delivery of the Park&Ride program.

This will require planning, leading, and managing complex projects to deliver business outcomes and improve products.

The Opportunity

  1. Lead the delivery of the Park&Ride program, identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required organisation and customer outcomes.
  2. Plan and deliver large-scale technology solutions that meet quality standards and align with project management methodology.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify best practices, funding opportunities, and future pipeline projects.
  4. Develop operational strategies and tools to monitor and evaluate systems, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, and project impact and quality measures.

About You

You are an experienced program manager with multiple streams of work experience. You can bring hardware and software knowledge, and lead a small team and vendor relationships.

Strong communication skills enable you to operate at strategic and tactical levels, resolving complex issues and conflicting priorities.

Your consulting and problem-solving skills allow you to provide advice into technology design for full end-to-end design delivery projects.
