Our eCommerce operations team is seeking a National Renewal and Asset Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for developing the Coles Online Renewal Strategy and be responsible for compliance to format and blueprints and ensuring all Business category's and Operations are consulted to enhance both customer experience and to ensure team member operations in store is simplified.
**What you'll be doing**
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, Fulfilment Technology, you will manage the development of concept plans through to final concept. You will co-ordinate all Coles Online Renewal project review meetings, store audits, site inspections, non-intrusive existing conditions reports, PIRs in a timely manner.
You'll also:
- Schedule, monitor, track, analyse and review all COL Renewal Projects with all presentations leading up to CAC and to carry out desk top plan reviews to establish project feasibility alignment, define and coordinate all project plans to ensure they have correct base case assumptions.
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships associated with blueprint equipment for Coles Online
- Assess and review current asset allocation (technology, MHE) for Coles Online Departments nationally
- Prepare all Coles Online Equipment Allocation Projects in a timely manner and deliver uplift in assets to support Coles Online growth in existing stores
**Good things you'll need**
- Significant experience in a supermarket and/or Liquor retail environment where positions in property, construction, standards and or planning and design have been held.
- Experience on site resolving detailing and specification items with contractor and project management teams as well as Store Operational teams.
- Proven track record in managing project timelines and meeting critical key dates
- Strong People management experience and the ability to develop and grow high performing teams
- Experience successfully managing cross functional teams to provide support of their respective portfolios
