**Job Purpose**

Are you a passionate communicator with a knack for building relationships? Jones Radiology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Referrer Liaison Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales revenue growth and increasing market share in a designated region or territory. Your mission will be to strengthen relationships and boost referrals from current and potential referrers, while effectively conveying the value of our cutting-edge products and services. Additionally, you'll gather invaluable feedback on referrer responses and competitor information, which will help shape Jones Radiology's strategic decisions to achieve our business goals and objectives.

**Internal Contacts**
- Reports directly to Referrer Liaison Manager
- Reports indirectly to the Chief Marketing Officer
- Works closely with the management team, including Area Manager/s, Doctors, Chief Technologists, and Office Managers/Supervisors
- Collaborates with members of each clinic and the regional management team
- Collaborates with other Referrer Liaison Officers at Jones Radiology

**External Contacts**
- Cultivates relationships with referring doctors and allied health professionals
- Establishes connections with local communities in which our clinics are located

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Healthcare Management)
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Adept at conveying complex medical information in an understandable manner
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, radiology, and medical terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, allied health professionals, and other key stakeholders.
- Promote and articulate the value of Jones Radiology's services and products to referrers.
- Gather feedback from referrers and relay this information to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing referrals and market share.
- Coordinate and participate in educational events and meetings to engage with referrers and keep them informed.
- Represent Jones Radiology at professional body events and engage with the local community.
