About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Professional Liaison Officer who will be responsible for providing an excellent service to our patients. Key responsibilities include:

  • reception and general administration duties including; bookings, point of contact at the clinic, complete all billing and invoicing for our patients;
  • working within a customer-facing environment;
  • managing data entry, appointments and patient enquiries;
  • liaising with medical professionals;
  • operating our booking system;

In order to succeed in this role you will need:

  • excellent communication skills in order to show patients care, compassion and empathy;
  • familiarity with MS Office Suite and Windows;
  • demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical personnel verbally and in writing;
  • demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism;
  • the ability to prioritise and multi task in a busy environment;
  • excellent time management skills in order to prioritise tasks;
