Job Description:
As a strategic portfolio manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Australia's future by leading complex programs and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise in project and program management, combined with your ability to drive growth and transformation, will be invaluable assets to our organization.
Our team is responsible for overseeing the planning, prioritization, and governance of business improvement and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with senior executives to develop strategic plans, manage resources, mitigate risks, and track performance.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in project and program management, with increasing leadership responsibilities. Mandatory certifications include PRINCE2, PMP or PgMP, and experience with Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness of the telecommunications and field services industry, and the ability to lead complex programs and stakeholder engagement are also crucial.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Significant experience in project and program management
