As our Head Chef, you'll bring a genuine love of cooking and a commitment to consistency, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional food experience. You'll take pride in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness, while confidently delivering on our venue's standards every time.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role with the chance to grow your career across our multiple venues in Perth and Kalgoorlie.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a kitchen team during busy, high-volume service.
Ensure high-quality, creative, and consistent menus.
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Deliver on the venue's standards across multiple locations.
What we're looking for
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team during busy, high-volume service.
Experience managing a kitchen team and writing creative, high-quality menus.
A hands-on leader who leads by example.
A genuine commitment to training and developing staff.
Fanatical attention to quality and customer service.

Previous experience in a similar senior kitchen role.
