Located in the heart of Perth's CBD, The Generous Squire pairs craft beer brewed on-site with bold, American-inspired pub fare. We're on the hunt for a hands-on, passionate, and experienced Head Chef to lead our tight-knit kitchen brigade of 7–8 chefs and bring fresh energy to our fast-paced venue.

Responsibilities
  • A calm and capable leader with at least 1 year of Head Chef experience
  • Thrives in a fast-moving kitchen and leads from the front
  • Adaptive and confident juggling busy bistro service and function catering
  • A team player who can bring fresh ideas and inspire their crew
What You'll Bring
  • Solid experience in menu costing and wastage control
  • A knack for balancing creativity with consistency
  • Confidence managing large-scale functions and brewery events
  • Familiarity with culinary trends and kitchen optimisation
  • Experience with rostering, stock control, and cost management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and kitchen software
  • A passion for community engagement and business growth
