**The Opportunity**

Our client empowers to provide value-added services to grow and manage their clients portfolio. They manage every aspect of a property's lifecycle and are focused on empowering to build property portfolios that will sustain long into the future, bringing year-on-year growth on their clients.

**The Role**

Their Property Management Department is the best foundation of their company and they would love for you to join their vibrant team in their Ballarat office.

You will manage a portfolio of 200 properties and get support from the Administration Team to complete all rent reviews, lease renewals, and routine inspections so, you will only be responsible for the tasks below.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Handle rental increases and lease renewals
- Day to day repairs and maintenance management
- Ingoing and outgoing
- General property management
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Setting processes and procedures
- VCAT preparation & attendance

**About You**
- Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Driver's License with a well maintained vehicle
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience managing your own portfolio
- A team player who is reliable, honest and customer focused
- Sense of humour and can have a bit of fun
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to details and a sense of pride in your work
- Ability to multi task and manage your time
- Professional presentation
