We are seeking a dynamic **Assistant Customer Experience Specialist** to join our team at **Bundoora**
- We operate from Monday to Saturday, however Saturday is a rotating roster so you can experience flexibility with a rotating roster that allows you to enjoy your weekends off; and maximize work-life balance_

**About the role**

This role provide will be responsible for assisting in the management of our instore Customer Experience team and for the delivery of an exceptional sales experience providing bravoauto customers a flexible customer journey

**You don't need automotive experience Here is what we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a retail environment where you have engaged face to face and online customer service, we will train the rest
- Experience leading a team in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead, train and develop team members
- Valid driver's licence
