**Job Title:** Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction among our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and manage the administrative requirements of our team members
  • Nurture and develop strong relationships with drivers and internal departments
  • Assist the Service Delivery Team with complaint investigations
  • Monitor and manage driver performance
  • Participate in recruitment and selection
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Fatigue Management Policy in line with Chain of Responsibility

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a management role
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
  • Able to support, build relationships, manage, and motivate a diverse workforce
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong willingness to learn with a professional and motivated approach to work
  • Able to work well under pressure and take initiative when required
