**What's the role?**

As a Procurement Associate, you'll play a key role in helping our teams source external labour efficiently and effectively. Based in our Kent Street office in Sydney, this full-time permanent position sits within our Group Procurement team, supporting managers across the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure we're partnering with the right people, at the right time, and on the right terms, all while contributing to smarter, stronger procurement outcomes.

**What do I need?**
- Proven experience in procurement processes and supplier engagement
- Exposure to contracts and commercial negotiation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvementCommercial acumen—experience in the financial sector is a plus
