Key Role: Procurement Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement associate to support our team in various tasks related to ordering, costing and stock management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the buyer in managing procurement processes and follow up on order status
  • Perform data analysis to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Monitor shipping bookings to ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting
  • Bilingual skills in English and Chinese are an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Mandarin and English language proficiency (required)
  • Work authorization for Australia (required)

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday.
