Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Associate to support the delivery of efficient, cost-effective, and compliant procurement operations across the organisation.
This role is responsible for analysing procurement data, identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives, managing supplier relationships and performance, and ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
A key focus of the role includes leading tender processes, negotiating supplier contracts, and driving continuous improvement in procurement systems and workflows.
The Procurement Associate will work closely with internal stakeholders to meet sourcing needs and contribute to the organisation's commercial and operational success.

Key Accountabilities
Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to meet business needs.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
Monitor and improve supplier performance through regular reviews and feedback.
Escalate and resolve supplier issues and grievances in a timely manner.
Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance and value.
Maintain contract documentation and track key milestones and renewals.
Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across procurement activities.
Lead tender processes to ensure competitive pricing and value.
Negotiate pricing and terms with domestic and international suppliers.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
Assess and mitigate risks across the supply chain, including ethical sourcing.
Uphold modern slavery compliance and sustainability standards.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Prepare regular reports and insights on procurement performance and spend.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Leverage procurement systems and tools to streamline operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to understand and support procurement needs.
Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
