**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking an experienced book keeper who is enthusiastic and dedicated, to join a dynamic team and grow with this innovative and industry leading national dermatology practice.

The position reports to the Manager & Directors, and provides information regularly to the entire leadership team.

This is a part time position with flexible working hours.

The successful applicant will have:

- Relevant book keeping qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Extensive experience and proficiency with Xero and Excel.
- Proven ability to prioritise and deliver reporting in a timely manner.

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following, for all locations:

- Entering end-of-day summaries into Xero
- Petty cash balancing
- Payroll
- Consultant Pays
- Entering and payment of invoices
- Keeping Xero files, invoices & payments up to date
- Cash flow projection & updating
- Financial reporting - site specific & overall
- Internal reporting, auditing and analysis
- Other reporting and analysis as requested by management
