This role is focused on providing exceptional bookkeeping services to a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end bookkeeping, including payroll, superannuation, and BAS lodgements.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage a portfolio of small-to-medium businesses, ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping services">
  • Prepare and lodge BAS returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations">
  • Process payroll and superannuation, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines">
  • Provide excellent client communication and query follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction">
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team, providing support and expertise as needed">
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and other relevant accounting software">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • ">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and BAS preparation">
  • Confidence using Xero, with the ability to navigate MYOB and QuickBooks">
  • Experience with Hubdoc, or willingness to become proficient quickly">
  • Familiarity with Karbon HQ and Hubspot is desirable">
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities">
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise updates to clients and stakeholders">
  • Able to stand on own feet, requiring minimal supervision and guidance">
