**A compassionate and inspiring member of Nino ELA will have**:

- Qualification in Early Childcare.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Education & Practice Leader.
- Proven experience within a leadership role.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Current Working with Children's Check (Employer)
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
