Ally first opened its doors in Sydney in 2001 and now has over 100 stores nationally as well as thriving online store shipping worldwide.

You All is a growing quality Australian clothing brand, dedicated to embracing curves through on-trend and affordable fashion with a strong online presence and 10 stores across Australia wide.

This is a pivotal role for Ally group as you will be responsible for executing all areas of content creation. This extends to Photography, Video, post-production editing, targeted campaigns and overall marketing input.

The Ally team works collaboratively in all areas, but it is essential for this role to be driven by you. You are the director of all things creative, executing an effective content strategy within our brands whilst overseeing the physical and digital aspects of all outward-facing content

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive social media & execution across various social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Writing engaging copy for social assets that's always fun, cheeky and on-brand.
• Keep up with latest trends and be the first to jump on a viral trend and make it on-brand.
• Curate on-brand, on-trend content that appeals to our target audience.
• Develop our ongoing content calendar to ensure a constant supply of relevant content across our channels, with a key focus on social media
• Conceptualise ideas for elegant yet engaging videos and social posts.
• Film, photograph and edit content for various channels.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure consistency of work and adherence to project timelines.
• Support and assist team when needed for events.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• A natural creative full of ideas, and can bring them to life.
• Be creative and digitally savvy, with experience in content production and creating engaging photography and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Sound experience in social media platforms such as Planoly.
• Strong video and editing skills with a flair for composition and eye for good lighting.
• Demonstrated experience working with all key social platforms.
• Exceptional time management skills, effectively managing multiple projects and bringing flexibility to shifting deadlines and content requirements.
• Experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite – desirable.
• A self-motivator, proactive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience within the retail fashion industry in a social media role.
• Existing relationships with influencers and key figures in the industry.
• You understand that social media success is dependent on measurement & analysis of data, so you appreciate the value of a good spreadsheet as much as an Instagram filter.
• You have experience in social media reporting and understand key drivers for growth and engagement on each channel and how this translates to sales and ROI.
