**Role responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and review of Business and Operational Plans that link with Departmental and branch outcomes.
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively perform the requirements of the role within a large complex and geographically dispersed ICT environment.
- Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, ethical behaviour and occupational health and safety.
- Proven ability for providing expertise and support on use of methods and tools associated with Exchange, Office 365, Outlook, Teams and associated messaging technologies including installing or removing hardware and/or software, and associated connections, using supplied installation instructions and tools and conducting tests as required (SFIA Code: METL 4).
**Specific Working Conditions**:
- Participate in on-call arrangements may be required for this position. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.
