**Melville Hyundai** are seeking a customer focused **Service Receptionist** for an exciting opportunity to join their vibrant team. We are looking for someone who enjoys customer service and will help us achieve our mission of creating lifelong customers.

**The Role**:

- Schedule service appointments, considering customer preferences and service availability.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Maintain accurate and organised customer records, including contact details, service history, and vehicle information.
- Provide accurate price estimates for service and repair work, communicating clearly with customers.
- Process customer payments and invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve service department goals and maintain a harmonious work environment.
