**The Role**:
As a Service Receptionist at Maddington Toyota, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and delightful customer experience. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Promptly answering phones with a courteous and understanding demeanor.
- Taking phone messages and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
- Scheduling service center appointments for our valued customers.
- Addressing customer service-related queries to enhance their ownership experience.
- Preparing paperwork for the next day's appointments.
- Welcoming and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Offering customers refreshments and maintaining a clean and inviting customer lounge.
- Providing essential support to the service team when required.
