**Your future in food starts here | Export Documentation Post-Shipment Team Leader**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This role will see you coach the Export Documentation team to ensure all documentation is compliant in line with country and Customer requirement and flagging issues of non-compliance. You will also be giving instructions, providing direction, and guiding the team to meet the set targets, while ensuring the team have continuous training plans in place.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Working within the existing Export Documentation Team, you will have experience**:

- Giving instructions, providing direction, and guiding a team to meet the set targets.
- Allocate orders each day on the load plan for following day.
- Responsible for providing clear SOP's.
- Responsible for providing clear WI for sea and airfreight.
- Working with Documentation Manager set KPI's for team.
- Providing a monthly amendment report (RFP, Bills, COO) for Export Documentation Manager.
- BSM - future state, provide improvements in controls and efficiency.
- Ensuring team have continuous training plans, train team members and succession planning.
- Collaboration with Sales and Customer Service team.
- Completing Documentation.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

**You will have**:

- Export Documentation experience.
- Ability to multitask.
- Be able to complete tasks within set time frames.
- Have exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service support role
