Certis Security Australia is seeking a talented and strategic Training Manager to lead our Training, Learning & Development initiatives nationally.
Key Responsibilities
As the Training Manager, you'll take the lead in shaping our training, learning & development landscape.
You will coordinate and facilitate engaging training programs, spearhead the launch and roll-out of the Certis Corporate University in Australia, and ensure the successful adaptation of our unique corporate learning brand locally.
This is a pivotal role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, directly influencing workforce capability and organisational success.
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to Certis Australia's needs.
Facilitate high-quality training sessions for employees at all organisational levels.
Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness to achieve optimal outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Registered Training Organization (RTO) standards and manage all accreditation processes.
Foster and maintain relationships with key industry partners.
Strategically introduce and establish the Certis Corporate University (CCU) brand in the Australian market.
Implement Certis-based training programs as needed from the CCU in Singapore.
Drive the learning culture across the entire business with a focus on operational needs as we build leadership capacity in line with our strategic plan for the business.
Provide leadership and day-to-day guidance to the Learning Coordinator, supporting their professional growth and performance.
