Job Title: Learning Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our courseware development initiatives. This key position will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our training programs, from design and publishing to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development of high-quality training content, ensuring it meets the needs of our stakeholders and adheres to established standards.
  • Provide technical, instructional design, and operational management for our training programs, with a focus on delivering results that meet project commitments.
  • Communicate effectively with global teams to ensure a unified understanding of our training strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Prior experience in monitoring adherence to compliance-based training.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Able to implement large-scale change in complex organizations.
