Our client is a market-leading manufacturer and distributor of nutraceutical beverage products. The mission of the company is to produce some of the healthiest, most appealing drinks the whole world will love. The organisation is now looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Specialist to join the business.
The purpose of this role is to educate clients about the company brand and product, most importantly to sell the
products to outlets including but not limited to: retailers, hospitality venues, schools, aged care facilities, sporting clubs, and gyms.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Preparing weekly run sheets for approval with leadership team members
- Use the company CRM System to build and manage your New Business 'Pipeline'.
- Identifying and reaching weekly and monthly sales targets
- Seeking out new clients
- Monitoring orders with clients and converting ad hoc purchase to regular purchase
- Implementing Marketing Roadmap items such as mail outs, call outs and promotions
- Keeping up to date records on all internal systems following every client visit
- Attending and conducting tasting events with prospective clients
- Attending marketing events as the company representative
- Stock deliveries and displays
- Weekly deliveries throughout the metropolitan area
- Liaison with clients to ensure that the company product range is displayed to the best advantage
You have exceptional people and organisational skills that allow you to work well with a variety of stakeholders and you can quickly build strong working relationships. In addition, you:
- Have sales experience within a corporate environment. FMCG experience is highly advantageous.
- You are passionate about customers and consumers whilst being agile and resilient.
- You have strong commercial sales acumen and analysis skills to effectively manage Sales volume and margin and provide customers with a tailored solution that is mutually beneficial.
- You are a confident presenter who is equally comfortable presenting to a room of potential new customers as you are 1 to 1.
- Have excellent time management and an organised approach to planning in advance.
- Most of your time will be spent on the road and in front of customers therefore you will need to be a tech-savvy self-starter, comfortable with working autonomously as well as being a key team player within a large state and National business.
**Essential Requirements**:
- At least 12 months working in a retail environment compulsory
- Minimum Year 12 completion
- Current Driver's licence
- Current Federal Police Clearance
