- **Requirements**:

- Essential:
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card within the ACT
- Completed NDIS Online Modules (Orientation & Induction)
- National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months)
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Current Right to Work within Australia
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance

**Highly Regarded (or working towards)**:

- Minimum Cert III in Disability, Community Services, or Individual Support, or similar
- Assist with Medication Certificate

**Desirable**:

- Experience with working with people with complex behaviors, including Autism & Mental Health
- Experience with hygiene & dressing clients
- Comfortable working with people with a range of disabilities
- Ability to build and manage friendly relationships within a team environment
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritise & work under pressure
