WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for an experienced support worker who would prioritise participants' engagement and well-being while supporting them within the community and in their own homes.

**DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

Minimum 1 year of experience working as a support worker.
- Hold a Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support or equivalent at a minimum.
- Compassionate, caring attitude and proven ability to provide direct care services with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to complete, read and understand standard documentation.
- WWVPC
- Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
- Persons with lived experiences are highly recommended to apply.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
