**About the role**
We are looking for an
**experienced and creative Corporate Social Media Expert **to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Highland is an established brand with a very clean look maintained across various social media platforms.
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, you will be working alongside a talented in-house creative marketing team with your focus being on social media performance & strategy for all group accounts.
**For non urgent tasks, a dedicated social media marketing assistant will be available to support you.**
**Duties include, but not limited to**:
- Curate the content calendar alongside Head of Brand and Marketing to align with current marketing campaigns
- Planning mini-social shoots, copywriting, scheduling, engaging with followers and community management across all group platforms
- Monitor and evaluate social media campaign performance
- Create paid social media campaigns for group and client social media accounts
- Produce monthly reports on post metrics
- Assist in creation and management of blog posts on our website
- Recommend growth strategies to increase interaction and followers
- Manage social media marketing strategies paid and non-paid, content and campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok
- Manage multiple projects and campaigns at the one time
**In order to be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A passion for social media
- The ability to create and follow online trends
- Understanding of the various platforms' algorithms
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
