Our services support insured, private, and commercial customers alike.The OpportunityWe're looking for passionate and customer-focusedCustomer Service Officersto join our team on a permanent basis at AMA Collision TownsvilleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our team and managers with administrative duties while keeping our customers updated about their vehicle repairs.Permanent PositionMonday to Friday, 40 hours per weekHours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMRole Responsibilities:Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environmentGreet customers upon arrival and assist with inquiriesKeep customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion datesFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the AMA experienceManage phone and email correspondenceSupport management with inventory control (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairsHow to Apply:Ready to join a supportive and thriving team?
