Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Managing admin tasks including data entry, reconciliation, and processing subcontractor payments.
  • Supporting freight office activities – ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Handling pallet control/data entry, reporting, and general admin duties.
  • Jumping in to help the team where needed – from reception duties to supporting the branch with important updates.
  • Contributing to a safe workplace by following WHS policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • A strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable – you enjoy getting things right the first time.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service is highly regarded.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn – we'll provide training and support

Location: Townsville, QLD

Timings: Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM
