You want to make a difference by providing early, appropriate support to Australians with their healthcare needs and reducing avoidable strain on emergency services by connecting consumers to the right care at the right time, the first time.To be successful in this role, you'll need:Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse for a minimum of 3 years.At least 3 years of full-time (or equivalent) clinical experience within the last 5 years as a Registered Nurse.A varied nursing background involving substantial public contact.
Inclusive of, but not limited to complex primary health, acute medical, or emergency department settings.Confidence in applying critical thinking and clinical judgment in high-pressure situations across all age groups and clinical presentations.Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal: ability to communicate with compassion and professionalism.
You will be interacting with external services and serving vulnerable population groups with high rates of mental health issues, limited English proficiency, elderly and poor health literacy.A high affinity with using computer systems, including telehealth platforms, databases, and digital communication tools.Enjoy making a difference in a flexible, home-based environment.Must be located within Australia.Key DetailsPart-time or full-time: Minimum 20 hours per weekFlexible shifts: Shift length ranging from 2 to 10 hoursOperational hours: between 5 PM – 5 AM, Monday to SaturdayInitial engagement: Fixed-term contract until 30th June 2026Training & Start Dates15 September 202529 September 2025Apply Today
