Service Administration Victoria

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, a great opportunity exists for an experienced Administrator to work on and manage a variety of tasks proficiently. Ideally you will have come from a similar role and have a great understanding of what Service technicians do:
- The role includes:
- scheduling work for their clients and service technicians
- preparing invoicing
- supporting with timesheets
- internal and external jobs
- reporting on HSE issues
- arrange purchase orders from suppliers
- site inductions and accomodation requests
- arranging of medicals and site inductions
- delivery dockets
- assisting with the accounts payable
- arranging insurances
- assist HR as the branch co-ordinator
- archiving of service documentation
The right person will be confident and capable in all aspects of administration, you will be an excellent co-ordinator, results driven and have strong leadership qualities. Ideally, you will have knowledge of the SAP system, or another ERP system would be highly regarded. The hours are full time with flexibility.
