We are seeking a suitably experienced professional to join our Corporate Services team to provide timely, efficient and accurate services in accordance with legislation and industrial agreements. This is a permanent full-time position based in Doncaster, with hybrid arrangements available.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Lead Payroll Support Services, role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Undertake the full suite of payroll and related administrative tasks on a regular basis
- Accurately process payroll adjustments and related records
- Administer Workcover payments in conjunction with Health and Safety
- Effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently to meet all deadlines
- Facilitate process improvements and provide suggestions
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external partners through cooperative and customer focussed support
**About you**
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Experience with a large and complex payroll function preferably in an award based environment
- Demonstrated ability and experience in preparation, entry, and processing of payroll data
- Sound working knowledge of Payroll time & attendance systems
- Experience with Chris21 Payroll System (Desirable)

Successful applicants will need to have received the mandated COVID-19 vaccinations and be willing to complete pre-employment screening including references, misconduct, and Police Checks.
This position is graded Band 3 under the Ambulance Victoria Enterprise Agreement (AVEA) 2020. Hybrid working options are available however it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Doncaster headquarters.
