We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant to join a highly regarded commercial law team based in Perth CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to fee earners
  • Managing legal documents, correspondence, and filing systems
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Diary management and scheduling
  • Assisting with billing and time recording

About You:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary or assistant, ideally in commercial law
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
  • A proactive and professional approach to work
