- Opportunity for enthusiastic **Medical Practitioners**to join our Junior Medical Workforce** as an HMO3 General.**
- Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across three campuses in the north-east of Melbourne and statewide. **About the Department**
- Austin Health HMO3 General positions offer a variety of experiences including rotations in general, rehabilitation and intensive care medicine. HMO3s in the General stream have the opportunity to rotate rurally to Mildura Base Hospital or Katherine District Hospital, NT.

**About the role**
- HMO's in the General stream are able to complete a variety of rotations, including Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, Cardiology and Hospital in the Home. We are also able to offer six-month rotation in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Mercy Hospital for Women

**About you**
- To be successful in this role, you must:

- Be registered (or able to be registered) with AHPRA,
- Be dedicated to delivering excellent patient care, and
- Be dedicated to teaching, training and developing strong well-functioning teams
