Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Practitioner to join our Junior Medical Workforce as a HMO3 General.

\

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to rotate through various departments, including general medicine, rehabilitation, and intensive care medicine.

\

About the Role:

HMOs in the General stream are responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of strong well-functioning teams.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing medical care to patients in a variety of settings\
  • Contributing to the development of junior medical staff\
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives\
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes\
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills in medical practice\
  • Engaging in teaching, training, and mentoring activities\
  • Adhering to professional standards and codes of conduct\
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations\
  • Managing workload and prioritizing tasks effectively\\/ul>\

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A medical degree from an accredited institution\
  • Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)\
