We currently have an opportunity available on our team for a Senior Executive Sourcer, APJ. The Senior Executive Talent Sourcer is a key member of our Global Talent Intelligence, Sourcing & Engagement organization at ServiceNow. In partnership with our Executive Recruitment team, the Senior Executive Sourcer is focused on strategically identifying, engaging and building relationships with top executive talent and connecting them with critical leadership opportunities that emerge as we continue to grow our ServiceNow team globally.
As a Senior Executive Sourcer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Partner closely with executive recruiters on active executive job openings, the senior executive sourcer will be responsible for identifying, engaging and conducting phone interviews with top external prospects, always with a lens and focus on bringing diverse perspectives and backgrounds into our organization
- Track and manage data and pipeline of your searches in assigned tools by following assigned processes
- Develop and build comprehensive network of strong executive talent across key functional areas of focus - leverage this pipeline to quickly bring in top talent to search
- Developing ongoing talent market expertise in assigned focus areas - working alongside our talent market intel function, develop deep understanding of executive moves, market conditions and key competitors from a talent lens and leverage this expertise to further hone search strategies and provide critical context to search activity
**Qualifications**
We are looking for the following experience:
- 7+ years of professional work experience with 2+ years of experience in executive search roles either in a retained executive search environment or internal executive search sourcer and/or recruiter role
- Experience leveraging market data to influence and drive search strategies
While not required, it's great if you have experience in or passion for the following areas:
- Combination of both external retained exec search firm and internal recruiting/sourcing experience
- Experience at high growth tech company

**Work personas**

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
**Flexible**
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
**Remote**
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home.
