**Your future team**
- You will join a team of sourcers and recruiters, with a mix of agency, start up and corporate experiences. We are scaling, so you will enjoy working with people on the same mission: finding the perfect person for the role. We take pride in playing as a team and contributing to the success of the company through hiring. We love to exchange ideas, so we can hire smarter, solve recruitment hindrances, and improve the hiring workflow. You will spend time with a diverse group of people globally who are just as motivated and creative as you are. **What you'll do**:

- Smash hiring targets to build Atlassian from 8,000 to 25,000 employees globally
- Work directly with team members while influencing how teams are built
- Collaborate globally with our incredible Talent Acquisition function
- Track pipeline activity to share with internal customers and being the knowledgable voice in the room about pipelines and markets
- Recommend and lead improvements that impact local pipeline/craft areas and inspire creativity in the wider team
- Take a data-driven approach about where to find and attract the right talent

**Your background**:

- Some experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, ideally gained from a mix of internal and agency environments
- You have a consultative and customer-focused approach with hiring managers
- You have deep experience finding information and are unafraid to ask questions
