About the role:We are partnering with a highly regarded investment and development group to appoint a Head of Property.
This pivotal leadership role will oversee the end-to-end property function, from acquisition through to management, while driving performance across a diverse portfolio.

This pivotal leadership role will oversee the end-to-end property function, from acquisition through to management, while driving performance across a diverse portfolio.
It's an opportunity for a proven property leader to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver long-term value.Duties:Lead the full property lifecycle including acquisitions, due diligence, development, management, and divestment.
Oversee asset performance through leasing, financial management, and strategic planning.
Build and lead a collaborative property team, fostering growth and accountability.
Manage key stakeholder relationships across investors, tenants, consultants, and external partners.
Identify new opportunities for growth and deliver innovative strategies to maximise portfolio performance.
The skills and experience required for this role:Extensive experience across all aspects of property, including acquisitions, asset management, development, and disposals.
Proven leadership experience managing property teams and driving performance.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver results in a competitive market.
