**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator. In this role you will be working with our Sodexo team based on our client site in Ballarat.

As the successful Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of Soft services including but not limited to:

- Cleaning Services
- Waste Services
- Hygiene services
- Security and Grounds maintenance
- Pest Management & Cafeteria services.

You will also support the Facilities Manager in coordinating and managing the activities of both in-house staff and subcontractors, ensuring all site policies and procedures are adhered to while meeting contract SLA's. To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar role.

**Key duties can include**:

- Preparation of supplier and event requisitions
- Provide relieve coverage for reception and switchboard
- Maintain office stationery and consumables, maintain office equipment
- Oversee security functions and cleaning routines and floor wardens
- Liaise with all contractor for site works, liaison with building management

Our Site Service Leads are team players, they have a can do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
